Sound problems? Okay for me

Not sure why people are having sound problems. Maybe the phone is on vibrate? And those complaining About sound controls can use the physical volume controls on the phone. There could be a problem but Im using t in an iPad 2 and works fine (hearing sound at least).

Still testing it out now on our newborn, bit wanted to write something about the sound "issue"
